HR Manager (contractor – Pandaan based)

Based in Pandaan (East Java), the incumbent is expected to provide a leadership role as a business partner and human resources functions supporting the plant operation. The incumbent must possess good records and capabilities to implement HR operation excellent, policies and strategies.
Main responsibilities :

-Industrial & employee relation
-Training & organization development
-Talent Management
-Office Management

QUALIFICATION

- At least 3 years experiences as HR Manager
- Strong communication & people skill to all level in the organization
- Must be a change agent, good�  motivator and good business understanding
- Fluent English
- Able to work both in teams and independently
