PRODUCTION MANAGER / MERCHANDISING MANAGER (GARMENT / FASHION INDUSTRY)

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in textile/garment/fashion or related area
2. Have at least 5 years of working experience in garment (is a must), fashion and merchandising (buying agent and factory) with min. 5 years in managerial level
3. Able to educate mills/factories to understand and adhere to quality standards regarding garment construction, fabrics and trims.
4. Strong knowledge of costing, negotiation, market trends and product development
5. In-depth knowledge of technical competencies, within the framework of pattern construction, fitting knowledge, product safety, production process and quality control
6. Ability in maintain and improving productivity for output operation of the product manufacturing in the construction of garments
7. Highly motivates person and target oriented
8. Well known in coordinate various project elements ; coordinating suppliers, sample makers for the punctual completion of development  samples, delivery deadline, etc
9. Strong influencing for preparation detail, analytical product, handling materials, and accessories
10. Able to maintain up-to-date knowledge or market trends, pricing, availability capacity & technology and all production merchandise detail activity
11. Knowledgeable in products materials used in the construction of  international brands
12. In depth understanding in garment merchandising flow
13. Open minded, high integrity, and highly energetic
14. Have strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to make the best decisions for speed and cost to achieve project objective
15. Posses a good command in English and in computer applications
16. Jakarta base
