PRODUCT ENGINEER

POSITION PURPOSE :

Develop new toys with clear specifications and requirements, which comply with Mattel standard and quality requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS

-Coordinate other department to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production.
-Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
-Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
-Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
-Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.

POSITION REQUIREMENT

-A Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Electrical Engineering
-Preferably have min 1 year experience in handling electrical/mechanical product development field in manufacturing industry
-Technical Competence

ENGINEERING STAFF (Home Base: East Java Area)

RESPONSIBILITIES

-To ensure that all necessary documentation works are performed correctly and on time by using industry drawing standards and drawing symbols
-To follow customer standard for its documentation
-Coordination with related Implementation Supervisor and Manager if problem occur during drawing/documentation production
-To follow implemented working, documentation organization and documentation control procedure
-Enable for Engineering Survey to collect data from the field in order to collect latest update data status and making necessary documentation

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB

-Minimum Vocational High School with 2 year experience in the same position.
-Formal Auto-Cad training, familiar with telecommunications symbols and standards and also familiar with Computer programme (specialized in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop).
-Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
-Good interpersonal and communications skills.
-Independent, self-motivated and well organised work style.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Ability to work on field to site survey report.
-Preferable having good understanding for customer standard
-Ability to work with minimum supervisor
-Ability to co-operate and be creative
-Enthusiastic and able to make full commitment to his/her work
-Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad

NETWORK ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

- Conducting analysis on Network Technical Issues in order to maintain optimum Network uptime and minimize network downtime issues.
- Responsible for network maintenance providing periodic checks of the solution configurations implemented to avoid eventual system problems.
- Maintain the performance of the solution in the good conditions such as explore new software or new utility to update the network’s solution delivered.
- Provide professional services including project management, logistic management, project planning, configuration and implementation, testing, integration and migration, and system documentation.
- Develop test cases and conduct hardware & software regression test on new software/equipment prior deployment.
- Provide technical trainings occasionally.

Requirements :

- Male or Female, max. 35 yrs old.
- Will be working in Bali (Kuta Office).
- S1 graduated majoring IT or other related field from reputable university.
- Fluent English and native Indonesian.
- Able to show deep network knowledge, such as IP Networking, Routing ( Adaptive ) and Addressing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, IPX, SMTP, TCP, RIP etc.
- Full understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, sub netting, bridging including troubleshooting and hands-on experience in Linux Environment.
- Experience in Virtualization Server would be a plus.
- Hold a CCNA certification would be a plus.
- Able to work flexi hours.
