PT. Arutmin Indonesia, a global coal mining company with mine operations and a world-class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its business growth, the company is searching for a potential dynamic individual to fill the vacant position in the company as :
BERTHING MASTER II (BM II)
This position is based in North Pulau Laut Coal Terminal – South Kalimantan and reporting to Marine Supervisor. The incumbent is responsible to berth and un-berth of Ships and barges and ensure working in safety and operation procedure with schedule within the time frame.
Qualifications and requirements to apply:
- Min. Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II (ANT I is preferable).
- Having 5 years sea experiences with minimum chief officer position.
- Have maritime Indonesian Pilot is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of about international marine regulation, ISM code and ISPS code.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and excellent language skills either spoken and written of both Indonesian and English.
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
- Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
- Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage.
